  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs once your order is confirmed and dispatched.

SMS Terms

Program name: Nutricity USA. When you opt in to our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from Nutricity USA at the mobile number you provide, for the purposes described when you give consent. Messages may include order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, account notifications, and customer service responses. Promotional messages are sent only where you have opted in to marketing.

Message frequency varies depending on your orders, requests, and subscription preferences. If you subscribe to promotional messages, those messages may be recurring.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages sent or received and for data use under your plan. Contact your carrier for details.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number for an order does not by itself constitute consent to promotional SMS. You may withdraw your SMS consent at any time.

To opt out, reply STOP to an SMS from Nutricity USA. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. If you cannot reply to a message, contact [email protected] to request removal.

For help, reply HELP or email [email protected]. Please let us know if you change or give up the mobile number associated with your subscription.

Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
