Directions
If you're considering the Dymatize whey protein, here is a suggested method of use: Start by taking one serving (one scoop) first thing in the morning. On training days, consider adding a second serving post-workout. Stir, shake or blend with 150 ml of water, milk or your favourite beverage. You can have the supplement prior to workout, within 30 minutes after workout, or any time you need a high protein drink.
