Directions
As part of a 14-day cleanse, Take 1-2 capsules with a full glass of water about 1 hour prior to bedtime. Take for no more than 7 days continuously. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day, increase liquids and electrolytes. If you are new to cleanse, start with 1 capsule, building up to 2 capsules. On days 8-14 take no pills and continue to drink lots of water and fiber. You may repeat the cleanse cycle every 4-6 weeks or as needed.
