Side effects are uncommon unless you take more than 1 pill a day as directed on the label. Dry skin is a reported side effect when taking Acne Tame; in uncommon cases dry eyes has been reported. If you develop dry skin or eyes, discontinue use of product. Although not common other side effects reported are stomach ache, sulfur allergy, increased heart rate, hair loss, headaches, constipation, and vertigo. Discontinue if you get any of these side effects. See a doctor if any symptoms persist. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Consult a physician before starting any supplement. Use as directed and don't take if pregnant or nursing. Consult a healthcare professional prior to consumption if you have any preexisting medical conditions or any prescription medications.

Directions
We ask that you begin with half of a pill and increase to one pill per day if you deem it necessary. Increase water intake by 16oz for best effects. Omega-3 Supplements like Fish Oil are also beneficial to be taken with Acne Tame.
