Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop with 8 oz (236 mL) of cold water 15-30 minutes before training. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 4 hours of sleep. ENGN Shred is an intense, thermogenic pre-workout. To asses your tolerance, start with a half scoop of ENGN Shred. Once you are more accustomed to the feeling, increase consumption to 1 full scoop.
