About the JYM Post Workout Recovery Drink. Supported Goals: Muscle Growth - Strength - Endurance - Recovery. What It Is: Post JYM Active Matrix contains eight ingredients designed to help promote recovery and growth when taken after workouts. Four of the active components are also found in Pre JYM (BCAAs, creatine, beta-alanine, betaine), as these ingredients can be more effective when taken both before and after workouts. Directions
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of Post JYM Active Ingredients Matrix™ into 16-32 oz. water, preferably within 30 minutes after workouts. Consider allowing to fully dissolve 10-15 minutes before drinking. Also consider drinking over the course of 15-30 minutes. For better results, consider using PRE JYM® prior to workouts.
