As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of Amazing Muscle BCAA 2:1:1 with 8-12 oz of water to be consumed 30-45 minutes before your workout, during your workout, or immediately after your workout. On non workout days, mix1-2 scoops with 8-12 oz of water and consume on an empty stomach.
