Directions

Fiber Fusion™ Daily fiber: Day 2-10: Adults take 5 capsules at night with at least 8 oz (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Probiotic Pearls™ acidophilus: Take 1 softgel daily. May be taken with or without food. Do not chew or crush. Detox Activation™ cleansing formula: Day 1-8: Adults take 5 tablets with 8 oz of water in the evening. Day 9-10: Adults take 3 tablets with 8 oz of water in the evening.
