Ingredients

Each serving size (1 vegetarian capsule) contains: Milk Thistle Herbal Extract (seed) 250 mg, Milk Thistle (seed) 100 mg. Other ingredients: Cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and vegetable stearate.

Directions

As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule twice daily between meals, or as advised by your healthcare professional. If digestive irritation occurs, take with meals.
