Failure to have a bowel movement after the use of a laxative formula may be an indication that you have a more serious condition or lack hydration. Should this occur, or if you have a known medical condition and are taking medication, pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult your physician prior to taking this supplement. This product contains Senna Leaf and Cascara Sagrada Bark that can cause serious effects with high dosage and consuming more than a week.

Directions
SUGGESTED USE: FOR OCCASIONAL USE ONLY: 1 to 2 capsules taken at bedtime with 8 ounces of water or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take for no more than 7 days continuously. SHORT-TERM CLEANSING PROGRAM: As part of a 14-day cleanse cycle, take 1 to 2 capsules at bedtime with 8 ounces of water for up to 7 days or as directed by a healthcare professional. On days 8 through 14, continue by consuming additional fiber and water throughout the day. Do not repeat cleansing program for at least 6 to 8 weeks. If it is your first time taking this product, start with 1 capsule for the first 4 days.
