Directions
Ancient Minerals Magnesium Lotion Goodnight is a smooth, quickly absorbed emulsion of magnesium chloride and melatonin. Simply apply recommended amount to chest, neck, or abdomen 30 minutes before sleep for best results. We do not recommend copious amounts of melatonin as the body will become dependent on melatonin supplementation vs natural production. We also do not recommend this lotion for babies.
