This product is meant to be taken only with food. Please do not take this product on an empty stomach. Please stay away from processed food, fast food, raw fish, sugar (excluding fruits), and alcohol while taking this product. Get plenty of rest. Take 1 capsule in the morning, 1 in the afternoon, and 1 at night. If you experience any adverse reactions such as burping, headache, or upset stomach please refer to these instructions and make sure you followed them. If your symptoms still persist, discontinue use immediately and contact us for a full refund, no questions asked.
