Directions

Add 1/2 teaspoon of Hi-Lyte Electrolyte Concentrate to 32oz of water. If desired, decrease the amount of water for a more concentrated mixture. Take as needed for hydration, but do not exceed 8 servings in a 24 hours period. Each 4.06 oz bottle contains 48 servings of Hi-Lyte. Depending on usage, each bottle lasts approximately 3-6 weeks.
