Acnetame is made of natural ingredients which can make its appearance different from batch to batch. Lighter, darker, or the appearance of specks is normal.
Directions
To judge strength of the pill start at half a tablet a day. Best results are achieved by using this acne supplement for an extended period of time. You may want to ask your doctor or dermatologist if you want to exceed 1 pill per day. Do not take these acne vitamins if you have dry skin. Increase water intake by 16oz for best effects. In dryer climates it is more important to stay hydrated. Omega-3 supplements like fish oil are also beneficial to be taken with the Acnetame acne pills.
