Directions
Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) of Nitrosurge Shred with 6-8oz of water 30-40 minutes before your workout. For maximum results, mix 2 servings (2 scoops) with 12-16oz of water 30-40 minutes before your workout. Do no exceed 2 scoops in a 24 hour period.
