This Triple Omega 3-6-9 formula offers a well-rounded blend of omega-3, omega-6, and omega-9 fatty acids. These quick release softgels are ideal if you appreciate being able to reap the benefits of three types of omega fatty acids every day. Two of the most well-known omega-3s are Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA). The EPA and DHA in this formula, are derived from fish oil and are commonly found in cold water fish. Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) is another beneficial omega-3 fatty acid sourced from flaxseed oil that is included in these softgels. Flaxseed and borage oil provide the Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids in this formula. This triple strength blend features fish, flaxseed, and borage oil, and is purified to eliminate mercury.
