Directions
Peel one patch from the sheet and place it on a clean, relatively hair-free and dry part of the body. Some suggestions are the inner arm or wrist, shoulder, hip, or bottom of the foot. The patch can be left on for up to 8 hours. Remove patch by gently peeling it off. If any adhesive residue remains, wash the skin with warm, soapy water.
