Directions
Take one (1) capsule one to two times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. **STORAGE: PLEASE NOTE - B vitamins are extremely hygroscopic (absorb moisture from the air). If the desiccant is removed from the bottle and/or the capsules are placed into a pill box / plastic bag, the capsules may start to degrade, especially if you are in a warm and/or humid climate.
