Directions
DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED. Take one-half [1/2] scoop, mixed with 8-10 ounces of water 20-30 minutes before training to determine tolerance. If increased intensity is desired, take one [1] level scoop mixed with 10-12 ounces of water 20-30 minutes before training. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS PER DAY. During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is caused by Beta-Alanine. Like with all nutritional supplements, users should increase their water consumption while taking Bulk.
