PLEASE NOTE: C-Salts is VERY sensitive to moisture and humidity. When ANY water is introduced in the bottle it starts to react, causing the product to harden and discolor thus shortening the shelf life. KEEP BOTTLE AWAY FROM WATER! Indications
IMPORTANT! Each full daily dose provides 4000mg of vitamin C in a highly absorbable form. The most common side effects of high dose vitamin C in sensitive people are loose stools, gas and bloating. If this occurs don't get discouraged, the product is working! Simply reduce your dose to 1/4 teaspoon twice daily and take with a meal until the unwanted side effects stop. As your body adjusts, you can then work your dose back up to the desired level over time.

Vitamin C (as l-Ascorbic Acid), Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc, Natural Flavor (plant based), Citric Acid, Stevia.
Directions
Use twice daily, morning and evening. Add a measured 1/2 teaspoon of C-Salts to 2oz of water in a glass. Swirl for 60 seconds or until the bubbling subsides. Add more water and drink up! NOTE: For optimal results, C-Salts should be taken throughout the day continuously replenishing vitamin c reserves as the body uses them.
