Directions
SHORT-TERM CLEANSING PROGRAM: As part of a 15 day cleanse cycle, take 1 to 2 capsules at bedtime with 8 ounces of water for up to 7 days or as directed by a healthcare professional. On days 8 through 15, continue by consuming additional fiber and water throughout the day.
