Serving Amount: 2-4g per serving (which equates to roughly ~ 1-2 ounces of normal dried kava) No straining necessary! Simply pour into 3-4 ounces of room temp water and mix well. If flavor is too strong, add more water. Drink on empty stomach for stronger experience. Kava can act as a natural diuretic- dizziness, cold sweats, or low energy can be an electrolyte deficiency or severe dehydration. Please ensure your electrolytes are balanced and drink plenty of water after using. People with pre-existing liver conditions should ask their doctor before consuming kava
Important information
Scoop out 1-2 leveled tsp of dehydrated kava juice and pour into glass. Pour into 3-4 ounce of room temperature water. Mix and serve.
