Directions
Apply Magnesium Oil to the bottom of the feet every day, this is the best way to get it inside the cells and increase Mg level in your body. You can also spray your entire body paying particular attention to any sore area. Let it air dry for best results. After 20 minutes, the majority of the magnesium ions will be absorbed and you may rinse the oil off if you feel like it and apply moisturizer to soften skin.
